What we make
Trusted Again publishes self-help kits: a plain-English guide, editable templates and a planner, built from the rules an agency already publishes. The first is the Global Entry reconsideration kit, for travelers whose application was denied or whose membership was revoked.
The name reflects what most readers hope for after a denial or revocation. It isn’t a promise: CBP decides every trusted traveler case at its own discretion, and the kit only helps you prepare your request yourself, carefully.
How the Global Entry kit was made
- It’s built from 40 official sources: CBP’s own pages, the Global Entry regulation (8 CFR 235.12), DHS TRIP and TSA pages, FOIA rules, GAO’s 2024 review of the reconsideration process, and a 2014 CBP memo to enrollment-center officers that CBP published in 2025 (internal guidance, not a regulation). Each rule is cited in the margin where it’s used, and the sources are listed with links.
- Every rule, fee, date and address was checked against those sources in October 2026. We intend to re-check them every quarter.
- After the writing, each fact was traced back to the source it cites in separate checking passes, and the text was searched for anything that could read as legal advice or a promise. Those checks were done by the publisher; no outside expert or lawyer has reviewed the kit.
- Where official guidance is silent, the kit says so rather than guessing. There is, for example, no published deadline or processing time for a reconsideration request, and the kit doesn’t invent one.
What we will never do
- Claim a connection to any government agency, or use government logos, seals or look-alike design.
- Promise or predict an outcome, or show made-up reviews, customer counts or countdown timers.
- Review your case, file anything for you, or pass you to a lawyer for a fee. We recommend no particular lawyers and take no referral payments.
- Track you around the web. This site has no cookies and no advertising or analytics scripts.
