Our refund policy

How to report a faulty file

Within 24 hours of your purchase, email support@trustedagain.com with:

• the order number or payment ID from your Dodo Payments receipt, and the email address you used at checkout;
• which file is affected (the guide PDF, the planner, or which template);
• what happens: it won’t open, it’s corrupted, or part of it is missing;
• the device and the app you opened it with. A screenshot of any error helps.

We reply within 2 business days. Often a fresh download link, or opening the file in a different app, fixes it. If we can’t give you a working copy, we refund you in full.

How a refund is paid

Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used, including any tax you paid on the order. How quickly it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Dodo Payments can only process a refund within 30 days of the purchase. If a refund is due to you after that, we pay it to you directly.

Change of mind

As the policy above says, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. You accept Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms at checkout, and the files are available to download as soon as you pay. Before you buy, you can look at six sample pages, the full list of files and what each template is for on the home page, and check who the kit is and isn’t for.

Cancellation

There’s nothing to cancel: the kit is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so you won’t be charged again.

Charged twice, or charged in error

An accidental duplicate purchase of the same kit is refunded in full.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can sort it out. Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout, ask the same.

This policy doesn’t limit any right you have under the law where you live.
