License and copyright
What your purchase lets you do with the guide, the planner and the templates. This is the license printed on page 33 of the kit, word for word.
© 2026 Trusted Again. Global Entry Revoked or Denied? The DIY Reconsideration Kit, edition TA-GE-2026-10, current as of October 2026. Licensed to one buyer for personal use. Not for resale or sharing.
This page sets out what your purchase lets you do with the guide, the planner spreadsheet and the eight templates. Buying the kit gives you a license to use its files; it does not transfer the copyright.
What you may do
- Use the kit for your own case, or for the case of a family member you are helping.
- Print the guide, and fill it in on screen or on paper, as often as you need.
- Adapt the templates and send the letters and requests you write from them for that case. The letters you write are yours.
- Keep copies on your own devices, with a backup, for your own use.
What you may not do
- Resell the kit or any file in it, or give it away.
- Share copies with anyone outside the case you bought it for, including by email, in groups or on forums.
- Upload any part of it to a website, file-sharing service or shared drive that other people can open.
- Repackage it, or include any part of it in another product, course or service.
- Remove or change the copyright, license, disclaimer or not-affiliated notices.
You may remove the guidance boxes and any notices from a letter you actually send; the rule against removing notices applies to copies of the kit itself.
General information, not legal advice
This kit is a self-help publication. It explains, in general terms, processes that U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration publish on their own websites and in regulations. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer-client or any other professional relationship. It is independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to CBP, DHS, TSA or any other government agency. We don’t submit anything on your behalf, contact any agency for you, or represent you, and nothing in this kit guarantees or predicts any outcome. The full disclaimer is on page 30.
Government material
Rules, fees and wording quoted from U.S. government websites, regulations and reports are cited to their official sources, listed from page 31, and are not claimed by Trusted Again. No government logo or seal appears in this kit.
