Terms of Sale

The terms that apply when you buy Global Entry Revoked or Denied? The DIY Reconsideration Kit.

In short

  • Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells you the kit, takes your payment, adds any tax and sends your receipt. Its Buyer Terms also apply.
  • Trusted Again made the kit and licenses it to you for your own case, or a family member’s.
  • $49, one time. The files are available to download as soon as you pay.
  • Instant digital download. If a file you bought is faulty (it won’t open, is corrupted or is incomplete), tell us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll send a working copy or refund you in full. Because you agree at checkout to immediate download, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
  • The kit is general information, not legal advice. It isn’t affiliated with any government agency, and no outcome is promised.

1. Who we are, and who sells the kit

This website is operated by Vighnesh G Warrier, trading as Trusted Again (“we”, “us”), of G1204, Sumadhura Eden Garden, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India, based in India.

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, Inc. (“Dodo Payments”), which is the merchant of record for every order. That means Dodo Payments sells the kit to you, processes your payment, calculates, collects and pays any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt or invoice, and handles refund payments and payment disputes. Your card or bank statement shows Dodo Payments.

When you buy, you also accept Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms at checkout. They govern the payment, tax and checkout. These terms govern the kit itself: what it is, how you may use it, and what we promise about it.

2. What you are buying

Global Entry Revoked or Denied? The DIY Reconsideration Kit (edition TA-GE-2026-10) is a digital download. It contains:

  • a 33-page self-help e-book (Global-Entry-Reconsideration-Kit.pdf), US Letter size, with 238 fill-in fields;
  • 8 editable Word templates (.docx);
  • a timeline planner spreadsheet (Global-Entry-Timeline-Planner.xlsx).

Every buyer receives the same files. The content is current as of October 2026. Nothing is shipped, and no service is included: we don’t review your case, prepare or edit your documents, or file anything for you.

To use the files you need a PDF reader that saves form fields (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader), a word processor that opens Word .docx files, and Microsoft Excel. The planner can be imported into Google Sheets, but its sheet protection may not carry over.

3. Price and tax

The price is $49 (USD), paid once. One-time payment in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT due where you live is added at checkout, where you see the total before you pay. Checkout charges the order in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the amount and may add its own fee. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price for your order; we may change prices for future orders.

4. Delivery

As soon as your payment succeeds, Dodo Payments emails you download links, and the files are also available from Dodo Payments’ customer portal. Download links expire after a short time for security; opening the link in the email again, or the customer portal, gives you fresh ones. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.

5. Immediate download and refunds

When you buy, you accept Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms at checkout, and the files are made available to download as soon as your payment succeeds. Our refund policy, which also covers change of mind, is:

Instant digital download. If a file you bought is faulty (it won’t open, is corrupted or is incomplete), tell us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll send a working copy or refund you in full. Because you agree at checkout to immediate download, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

How to ask, and how refunds are paid, is in the Refund Policy.

6. Your license

Buying the kit gives you a license to use its files; it does not transfer the copyright. You may use it for your own case, or the case of a family member you are helping, and adapt and send the letters you write from the templates. You may not resell, share or upload it. The full terms are in the License, which is also printed on page 33 of the kit.

7. What the kit is, and isn’t

  • It is general information about processes U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) publish. It is not legal advice, and buying or using it creates no lawyer-client or other professional relationship.
  • It is independent, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CBP, DHS, TSA or any other government agency.
  • Decisions on trusted traveler programs are made by CBP at its sole discretion. Nothing in the kit or on this website guarantees or predicts any outcome.
  • Every rule, fee, date and address in the kit was checked against official sources in October 2026. Agencies can change their processes without notice, so check each source before you act, and follow your own CBP letter where it differs.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you submit to any agency. The worked examples use fictional people.

If you have pending charges, a complex or foreign criminal record, any question about immigration status or admissibility, or you believe a decision was retaliation, speak to a qualified lawyer before contacting CBP. See the Disclaimer.

8. Later editions

You receive the edition that is current when you buy. We intend to re-check the kit’s sources every quarter. Later editions are sold separately and aren’t included in this purchase.

9. Our responsibility to you

We promise that the files match the description on this website and open and work as described; if they don’t, the Refund Policy applies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the kit is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for decisions made by CBP or any other agency, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or any right you have that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you.

10. Payment problems and disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or card issuer, so we can put it right quickly. Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms also ask you to contact them before raising a chargeback. If you’re asking what a charge from Dodo Payments is, Dodo Payments explains it on its page Why do I have a charge from Dodo Payments?

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that the law where you live gives you. Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms set their own governing law for the payment.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date shown at the top of this page; the terms in force when you bought apply to your order.
