General information, not legal advice

The kit and this website are self-help publications. They explain, in general terms, processes that U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration publish on their own websites and in regulations. They are not legal advice, and using them does not create a lawyer-client or any other professional relationship. Every buyer receives the same files; nobody has reviewed your situation.

Not affiliated with any government agency

Trusted Again is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the FBI, any court, or any other government agency. “Global Entry”, “NEXUS”, “SENTRI”, “TSA PreCheck” and other program names are used only to describe the government programs they refer to. No government logo or seal appears in the kit or on this website.

No filing, representation or guarantee

We don’t submit anything on your behalf, contact any agency for you, or represent you. You decide what to send and you send it yourself. Decisions on trusted traveler programs are made by CBP at its sole discretion; the regulation states that its redress processes are wholly discretionary and confer no legal right. Nothing in the kit or on this website guarantees or predicts any outcome. The only outcome figures quoted are GAO’s published aggregate numbers, which are not a prediction for any individual.

Accuracy and currency

Every rule, fee, date and address in the kit was checked against official sources in October 2026, and the guides on this website against the same sources. Agencies change their websites, forms, fees and procedures without notice. Before you act, check each source, and follow your own CBP letter where it differs from the kit or from this website.

When to get professional help

If you have pending charges, a complex or foreign criminal record, any question about immigration status or admissibility, or you believe a decision was retaliation, speak to a qualified lawyer before contacting CBP. We don’t recommend particular lawyers or organizations and receive no referral fees.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you submit to any agency. Providing false or incomplete information is itself a reason CBP may find a person ineligible. The worked examples use fictional people and are illustrations of structure and tone, not wording to copy. The notice shown on the home page is an illustration, not a real CBP letter.

No reviews or endorsements

This website shows no customer reviews, testimonials, ratings or customer numbers, because we haven’t collected any. If we ever publish reviews, they will be genuine, unedited in substance, and shown whether positive or negative, and any connection between a reviewer and us will be disclosed, as the Federal Trade Commission’s rules require.
